Flow Simulation Features within studioSL

studioSL can be used for general purpose management of reservoir flow simulation models, from input files to results. The basic functionality in studioSL for working with 3DSL simulations includes;

• 3DSL input file DeckBuilder along with keyword recognition
• edit or copy input files
• launch a simulation per model or in batch mode
• view wells, field, and grid results
• compare results between runs

Our 3DSL simulator is fully integrated into studioSL, but we recognize that customers have access to multiple simulators. studioSL can also support 3rd party simulators including Eclipse, PSim, Powers, and GPRS.  This means that all the basic functionality for 3DSL listed above (except DeckBuilder) is supported for the above list of 3rd party simulators.  In addition, the Export Streamlines workflow is designed specifically to extract streamlines from 3rd party flow simulation results.
