Enhancements

1. Keyword NNCEGRID added to force skip on NNC‰ЫЄs supplied in a .EGRID file.еК NNCs will then be recomputed.
2. Removed output of chemical concentrations produced or injected at the field level.
3. If velocity field is missing from .UNRST file, reset to zero rather than trying to calculate a velocity field.
4. When reading .UNRST/.RFT if a well has a status of closed, force all connections to be closed rather than allow for cross-flow.
5. If .EGRID/.GRID file is supplied, but a .INIT file is not, preserved the active/inactive mask from the PORV calculation of the grid wireframe.

Bug Fixes

1. When reading a .rst file that has chemicals and new wells, was causing a crash.
2. Retain the well layer connection status when reading the .UNRST file.
3. Catch if COORD keyword already supplied.
4. Catch if an I= J= K= line in RECURRENT is supplied without a wellname.
5. Skip fault name in MULTFLT if name has not first been defined in FAUTLS.
