Enhancements

1. Include the SAMG2023 multi-grid solver.
2. At a slight cost to performance, 3DSL now gives repeatable results if re-run with identical input on the same number of compute threads and hardware. For this default behavior, either set OMPTHREADSAFE=NTHREADS or do not set this keyword at all. The settings OMPTHREADSAFE=OFF and OMPTHREADSAFE=ON are unchanged.

Bug Fixes

1. Bug fixes when forecasting SURVEILLANCE=ON runs if gas saturation was zero for MODEL=BLACKOIL.
2. For small well-pair total flow rates and incompressible PVT, inlet and outlet WAF fluxes were not always equal.
3. For keyword FAULTS, face indicies I, J, K, I-, J-, K- were not supported.
4. When reading ECLIPSERFT= and ECLIPSERST= files, if a well name was missing in the .UNRST file in the current timestep but was present in the .RFT file would cause a crash.
