Bug Fixes

1. When OMPNUMTHREADS is equal to the maximum number of system cores, and SLINES output is non-zero, create a new thread for streamline output and do not reduce the number of compute cores. This will overload the system, however results will be repeatable for the same value of OMPNUMTHREADS regardless of the setting for SLINES.
2. For SURVEILLANCE=ON runs and with compressible PVT, reset the volume error to zero in areas where there are no well-pair streamlines at a given timestep.
3. For restarted runs, if SLMULT was in the recurrent section, its value was being ignored.
4. If millions of streamlines were being traced, depending on the number of compute threads would generate a stack overflow error.
