Enhancements

1. If using ECLIPEEGRID= but a corresponding ECLIPSEINIT= is not provided, NNCEGRID will be reset to ‘F’ and all connections including NNCs will be recalculated.

Bug Fixes

1. When reading both .EGRID/.INIT files from Eclipse runs, not all vertical connections across pinchouts were being included.  This mainly impacts models where 3DSL was being used to extract streamlines from Eclipse runs.
2. When writing out the COORD keyword to the .EGRID file for a column of gridcells where both the top and bottom row cells were inactive, the coordinates were set to 0.0 created arbitrary lines when viewing grid properties in 3D.
