floodOPT:

1. fixed bug with base case contraints in configuration panel with ECLIPSE simulations
2. closed wells are now hidden in configuration panel

History Matching:

1. Automatic Smart Paint (AutoSP) mode has been added to the HM project workflow.
2. Added Table to review C* calculations.
